You hire such rude cashiers, that I will be canceling my membership when it's due for renewal. It's insane to be treated like an idiot when you hand over 2 giftcards for payment. I explained how one had 11 dollars on it, as did the other one. She wouldn't even swipe the second one through, because she thought I was incorrect and had only one with 11 on it. She refused to acknowledge me, and still would not even attempt to run the second one through until talking with my husband. It was wild, and weird. Then look! Both went through! Each for 11! I suffer from social anxiety, and only used a cashier because I was paying the remaining amount with cash, and could not do so at self-checkout. So I found this attitude I received to be beyond inappropriate. 🙄

It's a typical sams club. Nothing particularly stands out either good or bad. Good experience. Cheap snack bar, good for the price. They did forget some of the pizza I ordered but corrected it. Very nice staff working there.

I wanted to get my hearing checked so I asked the gentleman leaning against the counter how much and he told me I had to make an appointment. Neither him or the lady sitting there were doing anything, just killing time. They basically turned down my business. Other than that my shopping experience was good.

I had a 5 star experience in the optical department. I believe her name was Karen or Kathy..very helpful and just a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be coming back to see her for my optical needs!

Overall a fine experience, until an older man collecting carts in the parking lot left his equipment directly in front of our vehicle and left to talk to another coworker for several minutes. We didn't say anything to him because there was exactly one cart in the cart return he was at and figured he would at the very least look behind him. The gentleman parked next to us yelled for the employee to move his equipment and the employee was visibly angry doing it
